Rochester Hearing & Speech Center
Rochester Hearing and Speech Center (RHSC) is a nonprofit, United Way agency that has served Rochester and surrounding Upstate New York counties for more than 93 years. We serve the community at three locations in Greater Rochester, along with our outreach programs at nursing homes, day care centers, and local schools. Our highly qualified staff of audiologists, speech language pathologists, special education itinerant teachers, and occupational and physical therapists set a standard of innovation and quality practice for the Rochester community.

The Rochester/Monroe County Homeless Continuum of Care (RMHCoC) is now Partners Ending Homelessness, This organization is the primary planning and coordinating body for homeless housing and services in Monroe County, NY. The primary responsibilities of a CoC include: Operation of the CoC; designation of a Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) lead agency and oversight of the HMIS system; CoC planning; and coordination of a competitive and transparent process for applying for CoC Program Funding and submission of the Collaborative Application annually to HUD.
The HSN is the stakeholders group for the CoC. The members provide many services and supports needed to individuals in the Monroe County area who are homeless.
In July 2018 Service Coordination was transitioned to Care Coordination for individuals with I/DD who receive services from OPWDD. Prime Care and Person Centered Services were chosen to provide conflict free care coordination. If you would like to learn more about conflict free care coordination please click here.
