Information Sessions
CP Rochester will be holding information sessions about the Transition Apartments for individuals with Intellectual and developmental disabilities, which are currently in development. Come learn about this exciting new program, requirements for admission, projected timeline for completion, and information specific to the services and supports that will be offered. Please plan to attend if you are interested in determining if this is right option for you, your family member or the individuals you support. Sessions are being held at:
